
Super easy and refreshing salad

Ingredients
- 1kg Isle of Wight Mixed Family tomatoes or Heritage Tomatoes, cut into large pieces
- 500g watermelon, cut into large pieces
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- Sea salt
- 200g feta, roughly crumbled
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- Handful basil leaves
- 100g pitted Kalamata olives
- 80ml extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
Method
Gently mix the tomatoes and watermelon with the sherry vinegar and a good pinch of sea salt in a bowl.
Add the feta, oregano, basil and olives.
Drizzle with the olive oil and season with black pepper.
