Payment

All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments are made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted. When placing your order over the internet, your details are transmitted over a secure Sagepay network connection and we have no visibility of your card details, ensuring your personal protection. Your email address will be added to our mailing list so we can keep you up to date with the latest Isle of Wight Tomatoes news and special offers. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time, either at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing us directly hello@iowtomatoes.co.uk

Refunds policy

If for any reason you are not satisﬁed with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours by phone or email. We require photos of items and packaging to help us investigate and resolve any problems and we will provide a refund or exchange. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you may do so until 2 days prior to the estimated delivery by 12pm. This may be done by telephone or email.

Complaints

If you have any complaints about our products, service or any other aspects of our company please do not hesitate to contact us. If you would like to receive more information regarding our products or have any suggestions we are always happy to help.

Age Restrictions

By law you must be over the age of 18 to buy alcohol and knives. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are at least 18 years old. You will also be able to present appropriate ID upon request by our courier or driver, such as a passport or driver’s license as verification of age upon delivery of the goods. Failure to do so will lead to the goods being returned to us.

If you are buying as a gift, your recipient must also be 18 or over and be subject to proof of age on delivery.

Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions

You’ll earn 3 rewards points for each £1 spent on qualifying products purchased from iowtomatoes.co.uk. Points will also be awarded for participating in activities as we shall from time to time advertise.

Rewards points have no cash value and will not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Reward points can be used for full or partial payment for orders placed on our website.

Membership Rewards points cannot be issued retrospectively for purchases placed prior to becoming a member of the programme.

Any refund of products purchased using Reward points will be made by crediting the applicable number of points back to your account.

Isle of Wight Tomatoes is under no obligation to award points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.

We reserve the right to alter, amend, or discontinue the reward scheme at any time and without prior notice.

Giveaways

These are the rules which apply to your participation in our Facebook / Instagram Sweepstakes and Prize Draws. By submitting your entry, you agree to these rules and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please do not submit your entry.

1. The promoter of the prize draw is The Tomato Stall Limited.

2. This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://iowtomatoes.co.uk/privacy-policy

3. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, and if alcohol is included, over 18s only (proof from winners will be required). The Tomato Stall Limited employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with any sweepstakes or prize draws are excluded from entering.

4. Entry for this prize draw is as per the instructions on the Facebook or Instagram post relating to the giveaway.

5. Late, invalid or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.

6. The prize is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. The Tomato Stall Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.

7. The winner/s will be chosen at random (unless stated otherwise in the giveaway post) by software and will be notified either through Facebook or Instagram’s direct messaging system or via comment within 7 days after the closing date and will be asked to reply within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize.

8. The prize draw closes on the date specified. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

9. The winner/s will be chosen at random by software and will be notified either through Facebook or Instagram’s direct messaging system or via comment within 7 days after the closing date and will be asked to reply within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize.

10. Please ensure your privacy settings on Facebook or Instagram allow us to message you. If the winner’s privacy settings mean we are unable to inform them of their prize through Facebook’s messaging system, and they do not respond to comments informing them of the prize on the post itself, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant. If the winners do not respond within 7 days of our Facebook or Instagram notification, we reserve the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or to re-offer the prize in a future competition or draw.

11. Any personal contact information you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the sweepstake.

12. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the sweepstake and the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.

13. The sweepstake and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

14. By entering this competition/giveaway, you agree to provide your personal data (e.g., name, email, social handle) for the purpose of administering this promotion.
