- Sweet Arreton Gold Peppers
- Cream cheese
- A handful of chives
- A handful of flat leaf parsley
- A chopped spring onion
- A squeeze of lemon
- Plenty of salt & pepper.
Method
Simply add your mixture of cream cheese, chopped herbs, chopped spring onion, a squeeze of lemon and plenty of salt and pepper to your halved peppers and enjoy.
