ISLE OF WIGHT TOMATOES TURKEY CURRY

Ingredients

  • 200 - 250g leftover cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • ½ - 1 jar Isle of Wight Makhani Curry Sauce
  • 1 tsp Isle of Wight Olive Oil or butter
  • Cooked basmati rice, to serve
  • Fresh coriander or herbs, for garnish

Method

Add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium heat.

Add leftover turkey pieces and warm through.

Pour over the Isle of Wight Makhani Curry Sauce.

Stir gently until the turkey is coated and the sauce is hot.

Serve over fluffy basmati rice.

Garnish with fresh coriander or herbs.
