Ultimate Caprese Sharing Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 large ciabatta or focaccia
- Beefsteak or Coeur de Boeuf Tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze or red wine vinegar
- Salt + pepper
Method
Slice a large ciabatta or focaccia in half. Layer generously with torn mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil. Season well with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and a little balsamic glaze or red wine vinegar.
Close the sandwich, press gently, slice and wrap. Perfect for taking on a picnic.
