Flor de Sal is the first layer of the salt that floats in the salt ponds. It is the purest sea salt and also the richest in components.
Harvested and pack by hand in Mallorca, these white crystals, ranging from pure white, pink and sometimes very light grey have a pleasant crunchy texture. The grains of Flor de Sal crumble easily by simple pressure of the fingers and dissolve easily in liquid.
