Isle of Wight Cherry Tomatoes, Whipped Feta, and Rose Harissa Bundle
Ingredients
- Isle of Wight Cherry Vine tomatoes
- Creamy whipped feta from Odysea
- Belazu’s aromatic rose harissa
Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan/Gas Mark 4.
Take out the pot of whipped feta and the sachet of rose harissa, and set aside.
Drizzle the tomatoes with 15ml vegetable oil and stir gently to coat evenly on a lined baking tray. Place tray with the tomatoes into the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
While the tomatoes are roasting, decant the whipped feta onto a serving plate. Using the back of a spoon spread it evenly, working outward to create a base.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, place them on the top of the whipped feta. Drizzle the rose harissa over the tomatoes.
